His personality was kind and patient as well as determined to find us a home. No matter what time of day Mr. Gomez would always answer regarding any recommendations, research or updates on houses/rentals we were looking for. He was well versed in the city and would always let us know any information on the house with a portfolio on each house we visited. He would also listen respectfully to our concerns and implement it in the terms of a negotiable price.
