Metro Verde is a master-planned community in northeast Las Cruces along the US-70 corridor, covering roughly 2,200 acres of high desert between the city and the Organ Mountains. It's one of the area's main centers of new construction, which makes it a common first stop for buyers who want a newer home, energy-efficient features and a builder warranty.
