Pamela sold my mom's house. Since my mom moved out of state before the house was listed, much of Pamela's work was done after my mom left, which made her work all that more impressive. Pamela staged the house. She conducted open houses and kept us abreast of the visits by potential customers. She updated us with a weekly email on the home's progress including updates on recent house sales in the area for comparison and strategy. In between, she sent email communications and we talked by telephone when appropriate. Pamela frequently visited the property. On one visited, she pulled some weeds and tidied the property. On another, she discovered that someone tried to break into the home. She contacted us (with photos), talked with neighbors to see if they saw anything, and coordinated with a neighbor to secure the windows and replace some screens. Pamela worked with a local estate sale company to sort and sell my mom's left-behind belongings. She was in contact with the estate sellers and even showed up the day of the sale. I'd describe Pamela as a "go-getter." She went beyond what I expected and continually demonstrated this spirit throughout the process. It made the process easier knowing Pamela covered all the bases, especially with my mom already moved out of state.
