I submitted two offers and two counters with Pam's guidance and assistance. It was a pleasure to work with her and she WENT BEYOND the call of duty. As I was an out of town client, she pulled community information regarding contractors, permits, and even finding a place for my 88 year old mum. Our second offer and counter was murky and tricky but she was honest with me every step of the way. I wished we could have consummated the deal but it didn't work out that way due to family issues.
